Bootloader Loop
Hi, I just got my Prusa Mini. I downloaded the new firmware from the Prusa website and put it on my USB drive. When I plugged it in, said the new firmware was available. I clicked flash and the loading bar went all the way to 100% then the bootloader came back up. It also looks like there is a glitch on the screen. All it says is "Hi, this is your Please insert the USB Drive". I attached a photo of the screen.

Might be your thumb drive gave up?
I would take new thumb drive, download the firmware on it, out it into printer and reset the printer. Then if it comes up and recognizes the usb-drive, reinstall the firmware. Otherwise use the support chat.
