Black plastic ooze on the top of heat block
I was watching a print and I noticed that there was what looked like black melted plastic on the top of my hotend. I poked it with a paperclip (I was printing with PLA so the block was at 210C) and it was slightly gooey, but more solid than PLA at that temperature. It appears as though it is coming from the heatblock, and not dripping down from above.
So far my prints have been fine and I wouldn't have noticed this if I hadn't glanced at it from the side. All the connections seem tight (i.e. nozzle) as well. I have also had no failed prints that stuck to the hotend that may have somehow got plastic on top. There is no abnormal smell when printing with PLA or PETG either.
Any idea what is causing this and is it something I should be worried about?

Solved. Somehow the heaterblock had gotten loose from the heatbreak, allowing for plastic to squish through the gap. I fixed this by heating the nozzle to 260C and gently turning the heaterblock with a wrench until it was tight (be mindful of the wires leading into the hotend, I had to give them some extra slack as to not rip them).
