What is the right way to design an "adapter" for different Camera System?

Hi
I am intend to buy various used Medic Equitment who use some very expencive Camera Gear inside who can be re purposed for other thinks.
The same for some USB Webcams who should work for Guidance. All use none or some special Lens System who should be partially replaced by some standard one.
Are there some industry standard how to build something who allow me to position something who emit or consume light in front of a Lens System who is able to can be moved in every axis and can be locked in place when the are in focus?
Thank

For this sort of advice you should ask on a photograpy forum.

Are you trying to deal with focus or exposure?

Well its more to aline the Sensor with the Lens System. That mean in all 3 Axis. When you buy any Foto, Video System the Manufacturer normally take care that the Sensor is placed perfectly in centre when you screw your Lens in. In my case an additional Lens is not intend so I need to do what the Manufacture my self.

Like here: https://www.delock.de/produkt/96383/merkmale.html?g=729

The seem to be good to embed into something who is long and narrow like an optical Tracking System.

OK.  In this case you might look at plans for old fashioned large format monorail cameras where all these settings had to be managed in carpentry - then rescale the principles to suit your use-case and translate tham to printed plastic.  Some of the build-your-own astronomy telescope plans must address similar problems too.

Late to this conversation.  If you want to adjust the camera for just a one time alignment, then you just need a way to mount the camera and 6 set screws on 120 degree angles to do the fine adjustments.  If you want to do more, then you will need some kind of translation system.

I have used products from here and there may be information that will answer what you are looking for.  Many of their items have CAD drawings you can download.
