What is the difference between linux-aarch64 and linux-x64

I'm running Gentoo and Debian 64 bit.

Hi,

aarch64 is for the ARM processor architecture.

x64 is the 64-bit version for "normal PCs" - this is the right one for your Debian or Gentoo installation.
