Printables License Question
If I set my license as shown in the attached photo, does that mean that someone can take my design and sell the item commercially? If so, how can I share the design, but prevent it being used commercially?

Yes they can. All they need to do is attribute you.
You need to set it to one of one of the CC-NC license types. See https://creativecommons.org/share-your-work/cclicenses/
Even then, what are you going to do if someone in places like Thailand copies and sells your model? Unless you have too much money on your hands to sue them. If you're seriously concerned about it, don't publish your model
