Non-Stick Mold Material for Measurements?
I would like to take accurate measurements of a cup holder in a car's center console so I can 3D print something that will fit it tightly. I'm thinking the best way would be to take a mold of the cupholder and then do my measurements on that. Is there some kind of non-stick material that's good for this that would harden but won't leave a bunch of residue that's hard to clean up?

Usually shops for kids have a molding putty that self hardens on the fresh air.
You can cover the part with the thin plastic foil ( or put it into the plastic bag) and then wrap it or squeeze it into the mold.
Look for 'soap casting' for more ideas.

I presume the depth measurement is simple enough - and that the holder is not circular or it would be a straightforward process.
So: print yourself a wedge that goes from smaller to larger than the holder. Push the wedge into the opening, mark it at the critical point(s) remove and measure. For the horizontal shape hold a paper sheet over the opening and take a rubbing.
