Need to print a quarter inch square rod 11 inches long
Guys I'm trying to figure out how to print a relatively strong square rod that's either a 1/4" or 1/2" square and 11" long. My concern is the direction of the print head travel which will affect the strength. I'm using an Mk3S printer so the rod has to be at an angle on the bed so it fits. Should I just print with 100% infill and let it rip or is there some way to slice it that might prove to be stronger? Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
Thanks!!

I printed a similar rod some time ago, I used lots of top and bottom layers so that there were no infill layers and I changed the infill to zero degrees
to reduce the chances of warping along the long length

When you said "I changed the infill to zero degrees to reduce the chances of warping along the long length" were you referring to the Fill Angle under Advanced on the Infill screen?
Thanks again!
