Free software 3d
Hi,
Is there any free software that allows the modeling of an object?

FreeCAD is free to use for all users (personal and commercial) and open source so it will always be free to use. It can be a bit confusing to get started with, but the imminent v1.0.0 has some helpers to guide you towards the basic workflows. FWIW, I've been using v1.0.0RC2 and haven't bumped into any bugs (yet). The most recent version is available on the github repository here:

The v1.0.0 also comes with a logo change, so look for the new logo on YouTube tutorials for up-to-date workflows. I can suggest MangoJelly for high quality tutorials even though with his Aussie accent making it sound like donations will be used to spam his channel (I think he says "expand", but I hear "spam"). He isn't the only one putting out FC tutorials, but I really like his presentation and organization of topics. YMMV, as always.

Solid Edge for makers is free. A professional grade software. I am very happy with it. It is being profressionally maintained and updated. About once a year a new version is released.
