Feature request
My MK4 lives outside in my (dry but cold) garage - I would like the option to over ride the 'mintemp' error to get the printer to pre-heat bed and extruder without me having to get the heat gun out and warm the enclosure enough for the error to go away. I understand the need for the error condition but I would like to be able to use the built in heaters to heat the printer please.

Hi and welcome. This is a user to user forum. The devs rarely post here and it is not the correct place for feature requests or issue reports. That has to be done at the appropriate github project for the thing you want to report /request on.
In this case that would be the MK4 firmware which is the buddy project (for the mini/Mk4/XL). That is located here https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware-Buddy/issues
What you request has been requested many many many times for the MK3 printers, and even the Buddy repository has many. For example https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware-Buddy/issues/313
They have all been closed since the temp was dropped to 10c as apparently that is the lowest value with the hardware limitations. Please read the issue linked above and search for other closed ones on that github if you want to understand more. It is a safety feature. If you want it removed then your only option is a custom firmware install.
While it may be an inconvenience, its not half as bad as burning your house down.

Thanks for the info and appreciate the comments - read the github and see I am not alone but also now realise why it is set to where it is. Heat gun it is then 🙂
