... and what do you do with it after downloading from Prusa Connect?

Looks like a close relative of prusa_printer_settings.ini. Could be used by SDK, I guess.
Useful if you loose your "connect" creds.

Hi, yes, prusa_printer_settings.ini (right final filename) is for better refreshing settings when your PrusaLink SD card was damaged for example.
