What is GPIO 22 used for?

Just out of sheer curiosity, PrusaLink is using 5 pins on RPi Zero W: +5V, GND and UART TX/RX are obvious but what is GPIO 22 used for? Some kind of interrupt request? Simply for detecting RPis presence? Just as a mechanical key?

Actually, the sixth pin was the anchor, but could also fry your pi's gpio pin. The fifth one is connected to the einsy reset for getting unstuck, or stopping fast remotely. There is an equivalent function through the USB called DTR, so you won't lose resets using that instead.
