Prusa link on Mk3/S+ with Raspberry PI ZERO 2 W not working

Hi everyone,

I´m tying to get Prusa Link running on an Mk3S+.
I prepared a PI ZERO 2 W with header pins and followed the Prusa instructions exactly.

After plugging the board into the Einsy and switching RPi port to "on", nothing happens, even after waiting over night.
It appears that the Raspberry Pi isn't booting up at all.

Question: Is Prusa link working with a ZERO W only? But ZERO 2 W should be compatible, right?

  • Prusa link on Raspberry PI Zero 2 W
  • link Version 0.8.1
  • Printer MK3S+
  • Firmware 3.14.1-8237

Any ideas?

Thanks

Fred

found the root cause: the self printed frame is not compatible with Zero 2W and only works with Zero W
With Zero2, it touched a SMD component and broke it off the board.
