Prusa Connect / Print files / Usage of Filament
Hello,
I recognized now several times that I can not see how many filament I need for a print out of the information that is shown in Prusa Connect / Print files.
If I load the file on the printer it shows me the needed filament, but I think that is one step too late for my opinion. It would be great if I could see how many filament is needed for prints in the print files. I have prints I do again once in a while and the printer is located in the basement. So I don´t want to run there and load the file to see if I need to order new filament neither I want to load in the slicer again.
I thin that would be a easy thing to implement in the print files overview for Prusa.
What do you think?

Surely you can see that in the slicer?

I know. what about an already sliced project that I want to print again after some time?

Personally I never keep gcode files as better profiles might be available later so I find 3mf preferable.
But if you want to keep the gcode... You get the choice on how to name it so name it with sufficient info in the name for your requirements
RE:
It is already there. If you upload file to Prusa Connect it shows how much filament is needed in the details under Material section.
