And I would like to adjust bed level (nylock mod).
Why? What problem are you trying to fix?
Cheerio,
RE: MBL visualization
I just have it before repair. I print precision mechanisms and I need flat print bed ass possible...
Before I had "bed variance" around 0.1, now it's 0,33.
Before I used utility made by Jerlo ( ). But it's now not working (probably due to new firmware)
So, I am working with what I have. Or I need buy deflection gauge...
In my limited experience you will get as good results with a stock machine printing parts calibrated to the machine. Modded printers still need calibrated prints for high accuracy so the effort is wasted.
Cheerio,
RE: MBL visualization
I have 5 years of experience with 3D printing and 10 years of experience with various electronically controlled machines...
For me, it's always better to have the device well tuned from the mechanical side first. Then compensate in SW.
Anyway, I've already made up my mind. And he fashioned a holder for the gauge.
Now, I have bed variance 0,1..., when is bed preheated on 85°C.
RE: MBL visualization
Hi, we hope the 0 point is where the printer homes, but please verify, it has been reported twice that the visualization is flipped in some way. Just put something under one corner and observe which one that is, do that for an adjacent one and you should probably have a decent idea about the visualization orientation.
