Intermediate Erros with Prusa Connect

For several weeks not I have had issues where Prusa Connect shows the printer as off line, when in fact it is online. A few minutes later it will show again. This cycle continues throughout the day with no apparent pattern. I can connect via PrusaLink the entire time though. When I view the menu item it shows the status as error and the error as Bug. This is pretty general and doesn't really tell me anything. Can anyone share what steps can be taken to better diagnose and debug what is going on here?

Is your printer connected to the local network via cable or wifi?

It is connected via Ethernet

Maybe check the cable for issues?

Of you could set up a proxy to see if it helps in traffic management. See https://github.com/nvtkaszpir/3d-print/tree/main/prusa-connect-proxy but it may need tweaking for specific printer, I tested it with Prusa Mini only.

If using Wi-Fi, try Ethernet for a more stable connection.If using a custom DNS (like Google’s 8.8.8.8), revert to automatic DNS settings and check if it resolves the issue.If the issue persists, you might need to contact Prusa support with logs from PrusaLink and your network details for deeper troubleshooting.
