Can I create PrusaLink Docker image?

Hi,

I guess that's the question mostly for @Tojik. As we all know the availability of Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W is still nowhere we'd want it to be. That's why I was contemplating creating an unofficial Docker image for folks here to be able to try PrusaConnect without the SBC, by using a Docker-running computer attached to Rambo via USB. I realise that's not really in line with Prusa's vision of a fully standalone, built-in solution and that's way I figured it would be better to ask first. I would clearly mark it as an unofficial, community-made effort.

Cheers,
Zbig

RE:

Hi, sorry for the delay, I must have dissmissed the notiff and not set up a reminder for later. PrusaLink runs on most Linux machines. We've set a goal for ourselves to release in the next version, with the code being set to public on GitHub. That made the next version more important and thanks to that, delayed. Since it's going to be public anyways, I don't see a problem with it. Personally, I find the image of a rack mounted server running printers through long USB cables funny 😁 but I know you probably didn't have that in mind either.

Thanks for offering and generally being awesome
