What is the exact gray color that comes with the Prusa MINI?
as topic. I know this sounds like a really dumb question, but I printed a piece for my s/o with the gray starter spool that came with the MINI, and we both found that it was extraordinarily pretty especially with its sparkle. I was wanting to get this same color for consistency, although I was hoping to get the color in PETG. could anyone refer me to the exact (or closest) color for PETG, or if this doesn't exist, for PLA (a 1kg version of the original)? help is appreciated in advance 😀

I think you have Galaxy silver PLA in mind. As you can see, it says "glitter" on photo and it really makes great looking prints. Sadly, there's no PETG equivalent. The closest (color wise) match is Urban grey PETG , but it doesn't contain glitter and so it looks more pale.
Outside Prusa, there exist some "silver" PETG options, but as I haven't tried any yet and so, I can't say if some of them also have the right sparkle.

I found what I believe to be the same exact filament at the US FilamentPM site. It even says 'made in the heart of Europe in the Czech Republic' and it looks and prints just like what came with the machine. I just checked and it's currently priced at US$ 18.98.
I consider it to be the gold standard for how my machine should perform and I will often use it for test prints of something that looks a bit tricky.

Sounds like you got a sample of Galaxy Silver. I got a spool of that with my printer order. My samples were Galaxy Black and I think Royal Blue. The Galaxy Silver does look great, as does the blue.

I got mine just a day ago and it came with Prusament Galaxy Silver Prusament Jet Black.

Yeah, it was galaxy black. Glorious color. Our baby Yoda came out exceptionally good! 🙂
