Well now we see the down side of pre-ordering something with a 5-month lead time. Anything can happen in that amount of time.

According to the shipping information page last updated on 3 March, my order is scheduled to ship at the end of March. I'm in America, so between the quarantines and the flight cancellations I presume a couple more months with be tacked onto the wait at this point. 

I wonder if I'll still be alive to enjoy it when it finally shows up. 🙄

Here's a fun one...

If you've ever wondered "What can I do that's really frustrating today?"

The answer is...  Print these cool Prusa Mini letters and try to glue them on....

The printing part is easy, and only takes about 15 minutes...

Then I successfully glued them to my fingers several times while trying to apply them... lol

And made a bit of a mess with the glue...  But I finally got them all on there...

Currently production isn't being limited according the notice at the bottom of the Prusa 3D home page and flights for cargo hasn't been stopped yet.    So you may still get the printer without a lot of extra delay.

I’m really sorry to announce this, but until further notice, we are canceling all the shows and events we were scheduled to go to. Usually, we have teams of 5 to 10 people traveling around the world 2 to 4 times a month - and with the current situation, it’s simply impossible to continue doing this safely. We are now close to a team of 500 people all sitting in a single location and I am not taking any chances to put anyone’s health at risk, especially not because of non-critical traveling. We are also temporarily canceling the visitor's factory tours as they are non-essential. Production-wise, we handled everything very well so far, especially because of our massive 3-month parts buffer. We didn’t have to stop or limit our production at all and we would like it to stay that way. Thank you for your undestanding.

This seems good. I wish they can update the shipping table so people don't have to dig deep down to find this information.

Thanks, I missed that notice all the way down at the bottom of the Prusa 3D home page. Pandemic countermeasures seem to be increasing almost hourly though, so I still won't be surprised if production and/or shipping are affected in the days ahead.  I suppose that's the least of anyone's worries though.  All we can do is wait and see.

I was trying to say, that we simply have no other information than the spreadsheet itself. You can use it to monitor the shipping progress. That's all I'm afraid.

For the shipping table in this week should come my printer, but I asked further information, and they said there will be a delay of another month. Feel so sad.... I made my order around 23 october.

Weird... I had also ordered on the 23rd and chat told me yesterday that there were no delays, and it would've been shipped this week. If it's true that it will take another month, I might die of sadness before they ship it 🙁

Though with such a massive delay I'd expect them to update the shipping table, which was modified last like two weeks ago.

We'll see...

Yeah, I contact them by email, the previous week, and today I did the same but using the chat. Two different replies, at the beginning they said to me the same of they said to you, but new week, new issues...

I'm going to try my best translation here

So there's this scene in the movie (Title: chiedimi se sono felice): three friends are at a supermarket to shop for some groceries, and two of them (Aldo and Giacomo) decide they should share the cost of the groceries. The other one (Giovanni) says he's already done his part by putting is own coin in the shopping cart. The others don't agree, because he's obviously going to get the coin back when they'll be done shopping. Giovanni's reply is where the quote comes from: "by the way, my coin is a fixed asset now, and you know the interest is skyrocketing!" which is kind of a reference to the fact that prusa has taken my money back in october and I haven't received my printer yet. Nothing against prusa, but I thought it was kind of fitting 🙂

Scene (in italian, of course) 

I want my "coin" back 🙁 I can't wait anymore 🤣
