the guys and gals at Prusa are a helpful lot, 

If you can identify the printer serial number and who bought it for you, they should be able to add you to the owners list.
Have a chat with them on the eShop page, chat box appears in the bottom right hand corner of the screen about 5 seconds after the page loads.

That's not 100% accurate - my Mini has not shipped, yet I can see the spares for it. I do have a mk3 however....

German reputable News reporting that Czech has closed borders. I hope that they let packages out.

i order on 1 November , they should start shipping next week but they not even finish with October 😖

I asked yesterday and they said they would continue shipping. I don't know if the situation has changed today though. I guess we'll see

This is my first order from prusa and I remember I had ordered way before you, yet I can't see any spare parts in the shop.
