It's starting to smell like quarantine here in CZ. All schools closed today. All events for more than 100 people banned.

Update from Lombardy: all schools closed until April; pretty much every event/exam has been banned, and we can't leave our home city, let alone the region (this applies for all the region). It's recommended not to leave the house unless it's really necessary. Shipments have not been blocked though (yet! - crosses fingers), hope my Mini makes it!

The printer comes with all the parts needed.  No need to print anything to assemble and use the printer.

You can see some of the steps from when mine arrived here.

So, I kept an eye on that print and any time I increased the speed above 50% it started ripping up the previous layer.

And then I re-read the name of the filament I was using...  Prusament PETG Prusa Galaxy Black

Face-Palm....   So...  Everyone....  Don't use PETG with PLA settings on your printer...  I feel so dumb...  lol

Damn this is an awesome hobby!

I'm gonna print something AWESOME with that PETG tonight!   I need to look through my print queue to see what would look best.

I am sure - everybody had that issue - printing with the wrong material settings - and it takes time to find the reason for this strange behaviour.

Me too -  I think we've been waiting enough!

If there's going to be another delay, by the time we'll get our printers a Mini MK2S will be out already 😛

Of course. I see the timeline as something like this: 

1. this winter the new XL is released

2. early 2021: i3 MK4

3. late 2021: Mini MK2/s upgrade

4. 2022: I finally receive my mini after norther italy is open again and free from the virus

I'm just kidding of course XD or at least I hope so

Oh but I'm fine with having to stay at home. I have plenty of things to do here, and I'm not that kind of guy who is always out and around anwways - though I'd enjoy a ride with my road bike every now and then.

This also means that if my mini manages to get here in time, I'll be at home for sure to assemble it right away 🙂

My order should be shipped soon, I can't wait!

There were three orders marked as shipped in our spreadsheet yesterday. All from the 17th10.

There was one order marked as delivered.

There was one order (346617) marked as pending from shipped. For an unknown reason.

I asked chat support about it and for right now they don't plan to stop shipping to northern italy. Hope it doesn't get worse. I really can't wait!

I have very good news, I have gotten the famous email stating the Mini has been shipped 😎 scheduled delivery (UPS) by Friday. 🤣 

My order in the google sheet has been marked shipped.
