RE: Unofficial Prusa Mini Wait Thread
@frankincell
do you have the model file for the wyze camera mount you made?
RE: Unofficial Prusa Mini Wait Thread
Mine arrived in the US yesterday. Ordered on October 14, with sensor.

@pete-b3
Jealous. I ordered mine on the 14th and haven't gotten a shipping notification yet. *sigh*
I've been waiting for it with the intention of reprinting parts for my Mk2s, as it took a beating over the past year. I'm just a bit frustrated that the "up to one week" delay has hit for the third time now.
RE: Unofficial Prusa Mini Wait Thread
Hi,
My Mini worked Out of the Box with the USB-Key tesprints! I ordered it with the Powder Coated Sheet and the Filament Sensor.
My MK3S is working with the IGUS bearings. I hope i can let the Mini work with those bearings too. They are quiter and the rods won´t get any damage.
I hope the Mini will be supported in Prusa Slicer soon!

It already offers me profiles for the Mini during first launch, so you probably just need to update your PrusaSlicer installation to the latest version..
RE: Unofficial Prusa Mini Wait Thread
I don't have my Mini yet, but I see Mini profiles in Prusa Slicer. I see other people posting custom prints from their Mini. I assumed they're using Prusa Slicer. What isn't supported yet?
Whatever you find to do with your hands, do with all your might!

IIRC, you need to use the new 2.2.0-alpha4 version of PrusaSlicer for Mini support. Seems to work fine so far.

@alex-k7
the Beta slicer loads as a separate entity to current release, so you could load it alongside the current version...

RE: Unofficial Prusa Mini Wait Thread
I know about the Beta Version. I can´t risk that my MK3S isn´t working with the Beta. I work with my MK3S at school. It must work 247. I told that I don´t install a Beta Version. Sorry, but no experiments for me.
I have to wait, that a final working Version of the Prusa Slicer supports the Mini. That´s a normal process. I made bad experiences with Beta Versions.
RE: Unofficial Prusa Mini Wait Thread
@alex-k7 No problems.

"New" (20 years since last time) to 3D-printing and Prusa so take it with a grain of salt. But I can pick the mini in the slicer in version 2.1.1 I have. Picked the config wizard and there it is.
RE: Unofficial Prusa Mini Wait Thread
@tischan
Congratulations 🙂
I tried everything. In Slicer 2.1.1 the Mini doesn´t appear...
I uninstalled everything and reinstalled the lastest Version of Slicer (2.1.1)
Damn! 🙁
RE: Unofficial Prusa Mini Wait Thread
So... I decided to print some D&D miniatures with my new Prusa Mini..
First I swapped out my 0.4 nozzle for a 0.3 nozzle from this set I bought on Amazon.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07HGP82TJ
I'm using the 0.25 profile with my 0.3 nozzle. It seems to work.
Then I ran the "First Layer Calibration" to make sure I didn't drive the print head into the print bed.
I'm using "Dragonlock Miniatures" from "Fat Dragon Games" http://www.fatdragongames.com
I bought these by backing a Kickstarter last year.
They're easy to print and if you're interested, I highly recommend buying them.
Included in this print are...
Goblin Warriors Set 1...

Goblin Warriors Set 2...
https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/270112/DRAGONLOCK-Miniatures-Goblin-Warriors-Set-2?src=hottest_filtered
Skeleton Set 1...
https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/239465/DRAGONLOCK-Miniatures-Skeletons-Set-1?manufacturers_id=346
And.. Skeleton Set 2...
https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/269679/DRAGONLOCK-Miniatures-Skeletons-Set-2?manufacturers_id=346
I printed them in Hatchbox Orange PLA. It's a very stringy PLA, but it did pretty well.
After a quick cleanup and attaching the weapons where needed...
Not bad... They should make some very easy to identify bad guys for my next D&D game.
All your filament are belong to us!

@dchoe81
I do! I went back and made it better..
It's not as thin and the curves are smoother.

There are dozens of these wyzecam mounts on thingiverse and I'm sure some are better than mine.

RE: Unofficial Prusa Mini Wait Thread
There were four orders marked as shipped in our spreadsheet yesterday.
We moved to the new progress position. 15th of october #344511.
I have come here to chew bubblegum and perfect my MINI ... and I'm all out of bubblegum.
RE: Unofficial Prusa Mini Wait Thread
Mine is marked shipped although dpd doesn't know it yet. #44811.
October 15th order.
Have to clean my room now 😁
RE: Unofficial Prusa Mini Wait Thread
Order shipped. Due to arrive via FedEx. Will it need a signature?
RE: Unofficial Prusa Mini Wait Thread
My order from the 14th still hasn't shipped (343528), I wonder if that's due to me choosing black as I see a couple of other unshipped orders in black before mine while the orange ones after me in the sheet have started shipping.
RE: Unofficial Prusa Mini Wait Thread
@mreitsma
I would like to understand the masterplan - which criteria do they use to plan shipping of the minis?
However - in some time (no one nows how long that takes) I will be a proud user of a MINI.
Best regards, Clemens
