Mini order conformation ??
Hi Guys (those who have dealt with Prusa before)
I ordered a Mini a few days ago, got the email confirming order (with order number).
Checked bank account, and the money has gone to Prusa.
But i look at my 'order history' on my profile and there is nothing there ??
Is this normal ?
I sent an email to Prusa this morning but got no reply yet

No that is not normal. You should ask the support (keep your order number ready).

Not normal. Order should show in your history immediately. Chat with support from the shop page, email may take days to get attention.
