I couldn't resist it...
Prusa Mini+ enclosure ordered.
It just looked so cute - got a Mk4 with enclosure at work and my home Mini+ looks naked without it.
RE: I couldn't resist it...
I too will be ordering one once my discount voucher comes through from Prusa as I already own the Mini+:)
Did you receive your discount voucher already?
Prusa just needs to make the Mini compatible with MMU3 now and I'll be an extremely happy camper:) As I own a number of them.
RE: I couldn't resist it...
I've bought Mini+ a bit over a 1y ago (so it is still under warranty) and I got an email about the enclosure with a voucher on 7th June.
So far I'm resisting to order it because I already have half-finished self-made enclosure... but I guess resistance is futile 😆

RE:
Bought my mini+ (kit) just under 2 years ago.
First I knew about the mini+ enclosure was the email which included the discount code.
Having been looking at making my own and seeing the price of acrylic sheets... And knowing how quickly prusa order books full up with a new product announcement, I ordered the same day.
RE: I couldn't resist it...
How much is the voucher for? I am still waiting on my email so I'm curious? I wonder if there is a cut off time limit on when you purchased your mini? Prusa's blog didn't mention any time limit, just if you owned a Mini or an XL they would send out emails to all owners for a voucher?
RE:
in my country (Poland which has border witch Czech) it was equivalent of about 40 EUR, so this makes the price 25% off the original value.
I know that they send vouchers to the people that bought printers directly from the store, but I know some people got theirs printers second hand but still with a warranty and it may be possible to get a voucher. I guess such people would need to ask Prusa directly.

RE: I couldn't resist it...
Thanks for the info. I purchased my Mini+ directly from Prusa over 3 years ago.
I just spoke to Prusa support and there is no time limit on when you purchased your mini, provided you purchased it from them new and have all of the purchase details, like your email for example. They are still rolling out the emails apparently and I was informed that I should have my voucher in the next few days.
40 EUR is better than nothing:)
RE: I couldn't resist it...
I see the assembly instructions are now available... hopefully shipping soon! (and projected shipping date now moving by less than a day per day...). Getting excited (for a box 🤣 ).
RE:
Lucky you!
I've ordered the enclosure directly after receiving the voucher. Prusa promised to deliver in the week from 01.07, then this week and now next week. I've been very curious how long I can be patient^^
RE: I couldn't resist it...
same here, 1 week slip is ok, but more will be a bit of a problem....

RE: I couldn't resist it...
Yes, I can confirm. My enclosure came yesterday and its absolutely worth the waiting..nah kind of... 🙂
I was little upset by the noise, which can be reduced by printing the squash feet mod, but its still louder than before.

RE: I couldn't resist it...
I just finished my enclosure but havent printed by now.
So far I have mixed feelings about it.
Obviously it looks way nicer than before and it is an enclosed space.
But the -to be printed- PSU holder doesnt work for me: For once, the M3x8 is for one hole to large and starts pushing against the printers PSU, and second, the additional PSU (delta in my case) for lights, ventilation, doesnt fit. The cable is way too short.
To top it off: the PSU holder isnt even mentioned in the assembly guide and I would recommend doing the installation of the top and side panels in the end. The installation of the printer and connecting the power cable is way much easier this way.
