Filament Stuck in PTFE Tube

I have filament stuck in the #2 PTFE Tube. It's wedged in there. I've removed the tube. I tried pulling on the bit of filament that was sticking out. It broke off. It's filling the entire tube. Suggestions?

I have taken a metal rod (like a coat hanger) and heated it up and pushed it thru.  im sure its not the best for the tube but it worked.

it was the perfect size for it about.  don't go to big.

Managed to remove the fittings. Needed a rubber glove to get a grip on the tube and a pair of opened pliers to add force to the fitting.

I can push one end of the filament into the tube if the fitting is not one. The fitting compresses the tube and the filament will not go in. Tried this with a few types of filament.

Prusa is going to send me a new tube with fittings. Back to waiting. Tommy on Live Chat was very good though.

@toaf

I haved had a same problem today - I took a wire and pressed the stuck piece which broke off in the feeder trough, however now there is very little material coming trough the nozzle. time to replace the teflon tube I guess...
