Just checked they are visible in the accessories section of the shop. You need to be logged in with the account that you used to buy the printer to see spares and accessories.

In terms of the problem with parts not being easy to remove, what material are you using and on which plate? The table here; https://help.prusa3d.com/en/materials shows what materials you should use with which plate, and if you need to use glue stick or anything.

Oh...wonder if that's the issue. It was a gift from the family. I'll have to ask what account they created to purchase. Thank you for the info. I appreciate it.

Duh...would have been helpful if I'd provided just a little information...sorry. I am using 3 types. They are all PLA.

The Prusament comes off easy. Its 1.75 mm, Nozzle Temp 205-220 c, and heatbed temp 40-60 c

The other is silk PLA 1.75 mm, printing temp 190-210 c - that's all it says. I'll ask the kids where they purchased to see if they list the heatbed temp on their site.

The third I have not used yet. Its Eryone glow green (glow in the dark)....my kid's sense of humor :-).  Says 1.75 mm, temp 190-220 c, does not bedtemp mentioned.

Thanks again for any info/advice you might have. Not a critical thing, and if I keep digging I'm sure I'll find something that advises on bed temps...if that's the issue. But if its something you are familiar with then great.

Update***** Went to the shop site and under the Accessories it does not list the Mini in the product sub categories. But I now see the "ETC" so I selected that category and they are listed. Thanks....user error on my side.

I have order plates from a few sellers.  I even order them an add my own surface.

Most likely you will need a hardened  nozzle to print this. Glow in the Dark wears nozzles. I didn't see any info on their site.

Thanks, sounds interesting. The focus of the majority of my time is our software. For now I'll just order them pre-made. But sounds interesting. I'll check the blog.

Ok, good to know. I don't really have a need for glowing items, but was a Christmas gift from my kids....so dad will find a use. 🙂

Oh man, I so wish I'd had a 3D printer when my kids were young. You should have a lot of fun with it!

Ah, so you're in the same boat. You can create anything but there's nobody to create them for!

I got lucky this year. Between the COVID lockdowns and my two adult sons moving into a spacious place together (across the country, sadly), they got back into tabletop gaming. I got to spend several months working out how to print miniature armies that they're now painting up. It's really bringing back a lot of good memories from their younger days when we had to pay $10 for a metal model to put on the table.

I am creating some bespoke office organizers, so at least I can find all my stuff now!

Have fun with it. It's a great hobby.

Sounds cool. We're providers of logistic software systems, and we're moving heavily into IoT, so the primary purpose of the Mini+ is to print items for the IoT hardware we are integrating into customer systems. I've only had it since Christmas morning, and we've saved at least 5 trips to Home Depot. Normally we've bought plastic items there and tried to make them work/fit into the application. Now we simply design the part in TinkerCAD, slice it, export GCode, and print it. Loving it!!

Ah, sounds like more of a functional gift than a hobby. I thought the kids were dropping hints! In any case, I hope you have a good time with it.

If you are using PLA on the smooth sheet the prints should release easily when you flex the build plate slightly. Note that if you start using PETG on the smooth sheet that does stick like the proverbial and you need to use a release agent to avoid damaging the plate, but that's for another day 😀. Maybe take a video of releasing a part from the sheet and somebody will be able to tell you if it's normal adhesion or suggest a change to prevent damage. In the meantime have fun!

I bought the spring steel plate blanks here and fitted them with different foils (nylon, Buildtak, CFK, PEI...) myself:

Thanks, These are the type parts that stick. Small items (small surface area) snap right off. Works perfect with very little flex of the sheet. This item is 70 mm x 60 mm, and I literally thought I would bend the sheet I was flexing so much.

I assume I am doing something wrong, but not sure. I guess my questions is whether I need to let the sheet cool down to room temp for the larger items with more surface area?
