Can't Get a Quality Print
I have been having non-stop issues getting a quality print. I purchased a used Mini+. It came with a Bondtech and I recently upgraded the stock hot end with a Rveo Micro. I also changed out both the X and Y axis belts as well as ALL 7 bearings. I've checked everything and can't figure out why I can't get a good print anymore. I checked the belt tensions and my current Z axis is sitting a -1.350mm. I lowered the print head until the nozzle just touched the plate and adjusted the Superpinda using a credit card. The standard initial calibration doesn't print that great and the square box at the end of the print looks good for the first few lines and then empty spots in the middle and then good again. I'm using Sunlu PLA and I also have 8 different PLA colors from Prusa and the filament doesn't matter as it's the same result. I'm about ready to give up with 3D printing and after my most recent conversation using the Chat...I'm not so sure the last person I talked with knew anymore than me and I am very new. What I mean by that is I asked a question after noticing within Prusaslicer if you hover over all the options, it lists the "default" settings. None of the info in any of my blocks on any tabs matched so I asked that in Chat and was informed to change ALL the blocks on ALL the tabs to match what the defaults were supposed to be. That has made things so much worse and now I'll have to delete the software and reload as I read in a forum those "defaults" were from the original Prusaslicer and really didn't mean anything. I'm at my wits end and can't seem to get a good print anymore. I'm looking for any assistance. Thank you.

Makes me think your live Z calibration isn't great.
adjusted the Superpinda using a credit card
Unless you were using a thick card such as an Amex Platinum this is putting it too low but you should still get into a reasonable range.
Try a calibration strip such as https://www.printables.com/prints/105404 instead of the built-in method. Easier to interpret, faster to check multiple settings.

RE: Can't Get a Quality Print
I'll give it a shot and see what happens. Ever since I swapped over to the Revo Micro...I've not been able to get a full quality print. I read on their site last night that using their high flow nozzles requires changes in the settings. I sure wish that would have been explained in the beginning or...tell me what settings needs changed and what to. If this doesn't work and I can't get it working, I'm going to swap back to the stock hot end this weekend and see what happens. I did notice as the nozzle is waiting to heat up to the 215 degrees and then prints that purge line...it spits out some small balls followed by a thin line and then a thick one. I feel this is a flow problem in the fact that it's not producing a constant flow.

Update...I printed what you suggested and while it started, I went into the Live Z and adjusted (downwards). It made a perfect squish and I was able to end up with a perfect test print. Then...I tried to print a true file and it started out great (nice and smooth), and then as the layers went up, it started to fail again. I removed the bowden tube from the hot end, did a cold pull and also ran several inches of that clear cleaning filament through it. Re ran the file and it printed a little better but ended up failing in several spots. It would print a few great layers followed by failed ones and kept doing this. I printed the temp tower and it was mostly a good print. I'd say an 8 out of 10 which is the best I've ever had since owning this. I tried printing a nut and bolt tonight and the nut printed perfectly at 1/4 the way through and then failed a few layers. It is not what I'd say a great print. I have no faith in this thing and what I'm seeing is it under extrudes and then works and then fails. I have to keep cleaning only to have it fail. I think at this point in time I'm about done with this thing. It has the Bondtech extruder and I just added the Revo Micro hot end. I tried their 0.4mm brass as well as the hardened high flow as well as the 0.6mm. It's none stop and I don't have the patience to keep dealing with these issues. This is my first printer and I have been at it for the past 3 months and NEVER got a great finished print. I will be selling this and moving on to another printer that from what I've seen and read doesn't have all these issues. I've tried reaching out for help in the chat only to receive mediocre help. Never got help for issues that actually helped. I appreciate the help with this but I'm burned out trying to get this to work. I was even going to try and reinstall the stock hot end this weekend to see if the issue was the Revo setup but I had issues with the stock setup when I got this and that's what made me try the Revo.

Watched a real video on how to truly adjust the PINDA sensor. It's NOT the credit card OR the zip tie. The video showed a measurement of 0.8mm - 1.0mm when the nozzle is just touching the bed. Worked perfectly and I have since printed 14 things out and they ALL ended up as perfect prints.
