$722.55 is the Total Price for Canadian Customers
Just thought I would post how much getting the Mini to my door just in case any other Canadian was wondering since we get hosed on just about anything. This is being shipped to Ontario.
Prusa Mini with both sheets and filament sensor - $399 USD
DHL's shipping cost - $62.80 USD
Total Cost: - $461.80 USD converted by paypal came to $636.42 Canadian (Oct 13th, rates)
DHL's brokerage and Canadian Duties = $86.13
For a grand total of $722.55.
Kinda wishing I bought another one of those Fysec MK3s clones

I received a DHL text this morning for custom clearance fees on my Mini with both sheets and sensor.
Mine was only $43.78 to Alberta. I wonder why such a difference

@phil-m7
Is DHL assessing hst in Ontario and only gst in Alberta?

@stephen-h5
Not sure but that might account for the difference.

I'm thinking that must be the case 5% tax vs 13. I hate DHL.
I wish Prusa would ship regular mail like E3D.
I buy my Prusa hotend spares directly from E3D because they ship Royal mail.
Either way it's gross though. My son wanted to make a Prusa order, but with the added 80+% by the time it's shipped and delivered makes it not worth it...
I bought two rolls of petg, one extruder motor and 9 bed standoffs. That order came to $186 to my door which is quite sad really.

I was $79Can to BC for DHL today to pick up my mini. The breakdown was 5.00 transaction fee, 11.00 processing fee, and the rest was tax. As much as it hurt it was a heck of a lot better then what UPS would have charged....
