Transforming PP strip into usable PP filament

I managed to obtain a fairly significant amount of PP strip (0.3mm x 4.5mm, don't know how long, but I assume hundreds of meters). After folding a short strip (4.5mm is too wide to load), I managed to load some of it into my printer, but as I assumed, it does not print well. The extrusion sometimes stops and I have to push the strip a bit, so it is not good for printing in its current state.

It would be awesome if I managed to turn most (if not all) of the strip into a usable filament. Any tips and/or ideas on how I could print from a material like this (maybe a hardware solution, adjusting/replacing some gears...? I own a MK3S), or even how to extrude it into usable shape and size?

I found DIY solutions like petinator or recreator, but they are focused on turning strips made from PET bottles into filament. The only difference with my material would be the temperature and pull speed, i guess, correct me if I am wrong. If you have any experience with making your own filament, your tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated.
