Best practice to trigger filament change after print and other optimizations
Hi
Need support from you experienced prusa members 🙂 Enjoying my Core one+ and waiting to get my INDX8-upgrade kit.
How to speed up continuous print process? Currently printing hundred of unique prints like these two color bin marking labels as in attached photos. Quality can be very low and no matter if bed is not level perfectly or color is not purged outside of parts.
Current process what aiming to speed up:
After 99% Auto retracting and ramming
-Manually push unload filament (Could that be automated after print is ready?)
-Choosing same material (Could that be skipped?)
-Approving that Color is correct (Could that be skipped?)
-Choosing from Prusa Connect to print next in queue (Could automatically print next file in USB or PrusaConnect queue?)
-Probing 49 points (Maybe could be minimized to few?)
Thank you in advance and already speeded up prints over 100% and have pools in double dryer to have quick change of filament.

I'd just print the solid single color boxes and would use E975 label maker (embossed labels) for the text...
See my GitHub and printables.com for some 3d stuff that you may like.
