Yet Another PETG Weirdness Question
I am printing a set of large pieces (rotary tool workshop) that appear to be reasonable quality models. They printed fine in PLA but I decided to redo them in PETG for sturdiness. No I am having problems I've never seen before.
The first attempt printed 90% of the model and then went spaghetti for the last 5-6 layers. I was out of filament so I reloaded with a brand new spool of Prusament Black and resliced using the Prusament PETG 1.5 profile. The first few attempts went spaghetti right away so I scrubbed the silk plate and retried. Got a few layers down (as you can see from the attached photo) and then it went spaghetti. My only theory is that the nozzle is worn out (?) It's like the Prusa Brass High Flow nozzle is getting some kind of flow problem in mid-print??
Hoping somebody has a better diagnosis.
