X-axis offset during prints longer than an hour.

I've been printing with my printer for over two years when an X-Axis started showing up in prints. It first appeared as a small small offset when I printed a full plate with multiple parts. All the parts had the same x-axis offset as show in the following image.

After this occured, I printed over seven parts one at a time including the one above correctly. Example below.

I printed the below part twice before I saw a repeat (but worse) of the x-axis. I used the same file each time.

I read the forum and the suggestion was to retune the belts to make sure they were still correctly tensioned. I tuned my belts (they were a little loose) and tried again with the same result.

Where do I go now? I don't see any imperfections or wear on the belts and they tuner tells me they are correctly tensioned.

Should I re-slice the STL and try again, even though it printed correct 2 out of 3 times before failing. I have tried to print the file 3 times now and it fails between 54 minutes and 90 minutes. Looks like the same layer each time.
