When printing a large area

When printing a large area, the first layer prints perfectly. During the printing of the second layer, the print starts to be rough and eventually ends with a stuck filament message. After replacing and cleaning, the print starts and after a few movements it ends in the same way. I used several different PLA and PET-G filaments with the PusaSlicer profile settings according to the corresponding 0.20mm SPEED type. I uploaded the latest firmware and PrusaSlicer as well. Nothing changed. I tried setting 0.20mm STRUCTURAL and it prints without problems, but the print time is almost doubled! Does anyone know what could be causing this?

RE: When printing a large area

What nozzle do you have installed? The only time I've seen this issue was when there was a mismatch between the type of nozzle (high flow vs not), the g-code, and what was set on the printer. Make sure everything matches up. If the nozzle is high flow make sure high flow is enabled on the hardware menu of the printer, also make sure the print profile you're using is for the HF nozzle. If it's not high flow make sure it's not set on the printer and that you're not using the HF profiles.

Do you have a high flow nozzle installed in your printer?

If you have the standard (NON-high-flow) nozzle in the printer, but you use the HF-profile in the slicer, you could get problems like that.

So, check the configuration in your slicer.
