Waves on print

so i love this printer but this happens sometimes. Any ideas? I re ran the calibrations without success. It is on a stable non shaky surface

Try adjusting live Z by +0.04 when the print starts by long pressing the LCD knob.

That seemed to fix it! See photo. Is there a way to permanently set it up for a +0.04 Z offset?
