Hi Hugo,
I have loaded your project file into Prusa slicer and sliced it for PETG,
this gave me a Bgcode for a Mk4 printer with MMK3
I Loaded the Bgcode into my Mk3.9 printer and tried to start a print from the LCD Panel, the printer told me that the file was not 100% compatible, which is no surprise, because my printer is slightly lower performance than yours. (YOU have high definition X and Y motors....) however that is not directly important, because the actual gcode instructions for movements would be the same for either printer and the printer firmware uses the appropriate steps per millimeter...

the file printed without problems by the hole.
and the supports between the top and bottom surfaces broke out reasonably cleanly.
when I removed the part from the build plate, the supports under the semi circle, broke off the model and stayed on the build plate.

so it looks like a printer issue rather than a slicing issue. the slicer uses very thin extrusion for supports, could it be that your Y Belt is a little loose and the strands of support are nor aligning on consecutive layers?
regards Joan
