Print thinning on one side
Hello! I have a Prusa MK4S, with no modifications. I have had quite a lot of trouble lately and I am asking for some help. As you can see in the picture below the print is thinning on one side of the print. The rest of the print looks ok, but the corner side is clearly lighter than the rest. This has happened with multiple prints and I am unable to figure out why. Things I have done to help remedy this are listed below:
Re-calibrated the MK4S (to include cleaning and greasing the gears)
Cut the filament support tube, so the filament goes directly into the MMU
Added additional perimeter layers on the PrusaSlicer
Adjusted the Z Off Set (now it is back to the factory setting with no difference)
Bed is auto leveling so this shouldn't be an issue
None of these things have seemed to help with the thinning on one side of the print. Not sure what to do here. I contacted Prusa Support and they said just add additional perimeter layers. I did and it was the same result. Also a side note, there is a very loud screeching which comes from the Nextruder. This happens only sometimes and random, not sure if the thinning of the box is a symptom of a bad nextruder.
