PETG Postnasal Drip

Printing generic PETG using the high flow 0.4 nozzle.  I noticed that after filament insertion is complete and the prompt asks if the purge was successful, the nozzle continues to spit out filament for 60 sec.   I have to delay answering the prompt so that the I don't mess up the print with hot blobs.   Doesn't seem to happen with PLA.

Is this an indication that I have to up the temp from what is in the default Generic PETG profile?

Or it might be an indication of damp filament.

Very typical of damp filament.  You may even find bubbles in the dribble.
