PETG challenges due to IS-only profile
I see there's no legacy, non-IS profile for the MK4S.
Printing PETG using the legacy profile on my MK4 works really well (crisp features, small seam size, etc), but the same prints using IS are a struggle (poor 1st layer adhesion, pronounced seams, misshapen holes).
Now with the MK4S, IS is the only option currently. I've tried default structural profiles using Generic and Prusament PETG filaments, but am having the same issues mentioned above. Furthermore, my hole features (axis perp to the build plate) have a bulge at the seam and are generally deformed. I adjusted the filament K-factor up/down for several iterations and finally got the external perimeter seams under control, but surprisingly it has not corrected the bulge on my hole features. Hole features on my MK4 non-IS are PERFECT using near-default profiles (only nozzle temp and extrusion multiplier altered).
Is there any hope for PETG and IS when pursuing perfect prints?
Is IS just so fickle that it demands relentless tuning? If so, Prusa really needs built-in calibration aids, a-la Bambu. Everything I've seen referenced by Prusa are so outdated they don't even apply to the MK4.
Will a non-IS MK4 file print on a MK4S without crashing?

With the new print profiles I have lost the Non Input Shaper profile for my MK4, darn it.

I stand corrected, I just found the setting near the bottom under Legacy Profiles Family.

As it seems also the MK4 non S with MMU3 are missing a profile without InputShaper.
I hope there will be a profile awailable.

For those curious, a file sliced for MK4 can run on the MK4S w/HF nozzle. Doing it now and no critical issues. Test this at your own risk, of course.
PETG seems slightly more stringy than with the standard nozzle, though.
