Issue with Overhangs on Outer Walls in Prints
I’m using a Prusa MK4S printer with the default settings in PrusaSlicer. The layer height is set to 0.2mm, and I’m using a 0.4mm nozzle. However, when I print inserts or similar objects, I consistently notice overhangs on the outer walls. These overhangs appear at different positions and vary in size, sometimes being more pronounced and sometimes very minimal.
Could you help me identify the potential cause of this issue?

Search for the term "buldge" or Bulge. Yeah I know the spelling ins funky but thats how the poster did it.
RE: Issue with Overhangs on Outer Walls in Prints
Would it maybe help to reduce the extrusion?
RE: Issue with Overhangs on Outer Walls in Prints
not really. I'll give you a hint, its not been solved as yet. Except by switching to a different slicer.

Maybe, maybe not. If you read the 30+ pages of posts on bulge, you'll see that people have tried everything but nothing works consistently.
