How do I balance pressure advance with seam quality?
I primarily print functional parts with PETG, and something I haven't taken the time to dig into yet is the amount of bulge I'm getting on outside corners. This hasn't really been a problem for the things I've designed/printed, but I'd love to tune it out if possible. The results of my pressure advance tests put me around 0.08-0.1, which is about double the standard (~0.05) set in the filament profile g-code. When I make this change, the corners look quite a bit better, but my seams end up looking ragged and under-extruded. I can lower the speed and get my seam quality back, but this doesn't feel like an acceptable solution because the rest of the print still looks great when printed fast. This feels like a seam specific problem. I'd love to find the settings that allow me to print nice corners and good seams.
Can you folks help me with this?
