I have read through some of the previous posts and I am still not sure how to solve this issue. After about a year of owning a MK4/S (kit) I am now having the stuck filament come-up pretty much every print. Happens with different brands of filaments and with both stock and 3rd party print beds. Am using a brand new factory high flow print head assembly.

The annoying thing is I have to go down and go through the load/reload process and then it prints just fine. I have tried the sensor cleaning steps. Haven't tweeked the screws on the top of the extruder. Has anybody come-up with a consistent explanation / solution to this. Clearly it happens a to a lot of folks.
