upgraded Slicer and Firmware, now can't get first layer to adhere
I just updated prusa slicer to 2.9.4 and MK4S firmware to 6.4.0+11974. Now I have two issues, the first is the error "The G-code isn't fully compatible, nozzle is not high flow; Nozzle flow rate doesn't match". The second is I cannot get the first layer to adhere to the print bed.
Starting with the first issue: a high flow nozzle (CHT 0.40 12967) nozzle is inserted in the hot end; in the slicer the selected printer is the default "Original Prusa MK4S MMU3 HF0.4 nozzle". I know this was an issue when the MK4 to MK4S upgrade was first released. Lastly, .bgcode files are being transferred to the printer via the local network wireless connection. What should I try or change?
The second issue, first layer not adhering. I am using PETG with a Prusa powder coated textured sheet with glue. This has worked great previous to the slicer and firmware update. I have the slicer set to extrude a large purge strip in the front left corner of the build plate before starting the first layer. I notice this purge strip is now much thinner in the x,y plane (not z direction) than before the updates. Also, the strip has a small ball on the end where the strip first starts. I am guessing my Z offset is not correct but don't know how/why that would have changed.
Any help with these is most appreciated, thanks!
