The various higher flow rate nozzles add complexity and increase clogging tendencies ...

Open the nextruder, heat the nozzle to at least 250 degrees; more if you have recently been using higher temperature filaments - then take a metre of scrap PLA, push it down the nextruder tube by hand bypassing the feed gear. Push slowly at first then speed up to as fast as the hotend can melt it finishing by pulling the remaining filament out as fast as you can.

With regular nozzles this works nine times out of ten but multi-channel nozzles have a lower success rate.

Some ideas:

Swap in a different nozzle that you know isn't clogged.

Verify the entire filament path is clear
Adjust the tension screws on the top of the Nextruder (especially if you had to adjust those for the TPU)

Yesterday I experimented with printing with TPU. While the results weren't perfect they were what I needed. This morning I came to unload the filament and put some PLA in and nothing moves accompanied with a lot of clicking from the print head. Any suggestions short of buying a new machine welcome. Thanks
