Stringing only on second object on bed

I run a farm of 12x MK4. I have a lot of similar objects and some printers are doing them well others don’t.

Here is the issue, if I print a single object, it turns out great, if I print 2 side by side, one of them is suffering stringing every 1-2 mm.

And I can’t tell what the difference is between the good and the bad printers. I did nozzle changes, cold pulls, adjusted the belt. Nothing really helped.

Did any of you experience this issue? Any ideas how to fix it?

Thanks a lot in advance.

RE: Stringing only on second object on bed

Honestly I can't really see it in the pictures.  If it's just some light stringing I'd just hit the parts lightly with a heat gun.  That immediately removes light stringing.

I assume your using the same g code on all printers?  The stringing is likely happening as the nozzle is traveling between parts, hence why it doesn't occur on single parts. You could increase the retraction slightly, say .2mm.

Looks like PLA in the picture, but can you confirm?

It might be moisture in the in the filament rolls, this will contribute to oozing.

If you'd like more analysis uploading your 3mf file can help diagnosis.  If you decide to do so make sure you zip the file first or else the forum won't upload.
