Revisiting MK4S setup issue

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a setup review of my Prusa MK4S. During a recent support session for an unrelated issue, the technician mentioned they noticed something in my printer's configuration that wasn't quite right. Unfortunately, I didn't write down the specifics at the time and can't recall what they flagged.

I'd like to be proactive and address any potential issues before they cause problems. I've attached several photos of my current printer setup below.

Would anyone be willing to take a look and point out anything that might need adjustment?

The trapazoid nuts are upside down as shown here.
