PRUSA Link issue post 6.4.0 firmware upgrade
I am a relative newbie to 3D printing. Received as a birthday gift an MK4S, MMU3 and enclosure package in September from my wife. She was nice enough to get me the kit package, so I spent several weeks getting it all together. Thus, I am familiar with the hardware, software and basic functionality of the platform. I upgraded to the 6.4.0 firmware two days ago. The printer prints with no apparent issues. I have been using PRUSA Link primarily and PRUSA Connect occasionally to get print files to the unit. With the upgrade to 6.4.0, I lost PRUSA Link functionality. The unit shows the connection via Ethernet. I can ping the IP address and get replies. But I am never prompted for the username and password to get access under the previous firmware version when I login via my browser to the assigned IP address. I just get a PRUSA Link screen.
RE: PRUSA Link issue post 6.4.0 firmware upgrade - was using Edge Browser, works with Chrome.
I read thru the PRUSA Link installation procedure and saw that Microsoft Edge is not recommended. I used Chrome and PRUSA Link worked. I do not know why PRUSA Link worked prior to the upgrade to 6.4.0 firmware.
RE: PRUSA Link issue post 6.4.0 firmware upgrade
I too have this issue having upgraded to 6.4.0. I did find an older post where this happened before and using incognito windows is a temporary workaround. This does need fixing and so please.
RE: PRUSA Link issue post 6.4.0 firmware upgrade
I have the same issue. I am using Chrome and it all worked yesterday, then I "upgraded" to 6.4.0 now the login popup does not come up when I go to the printer in Link. I get the page, but not the login.
Connect works, but I don't want to send my prints to the other side of the world to reach my printer a few meters away.
RE: PRUSA Link issue post 6.4.0 firmware upgrade
I reverted to 6.2.6.
MK4S/MMU3

Same issue here, but don't want to downgrade FW. Any other solution?
RE: PRUSA Link issue post 6.4.0 firmware upgrade
I'm having the same issue. I'm using Chrome and it won't give me the option to log in. But it DOES work if I use an "incognito" window in Chrome.

RE: PRUSA Link issue post 6.4.0 firmware upgrade
Wow! Thank you @kelly-w , Incognito mode worked for me too! Who'd have thought? (well you did obviously).
I lost the internet for a while this week (due to bush fires, so it could be worse). I continued 3D printng by using a USB stick. I'm too old to deal with bush fires directly, but now I can deal with the internet going out!
RE: PRUSA Link issue post 6.4.0 firmware upgrade
I'm glad it worked, but the credit goes to @neil-7 for the incognito work-around tip! I do hope this issue is fixed in the next firmware update.
