Print estimate difference between windows and linux prusa slicer

Good afternoon everyone.  I am fairly new to prusa slicer and prusa printers.  I got a handful of printers for my classroom and I am trying to workout how to get slicing software available to students on their machines.  I am testing the windows version as well as the linux version running on a chromebook.  Both versions are just the default settings for MK4s but the print times estimations are pretty different for the exact same model and print settings (as far as I can tell)

Windows estimated print time: 2 hours 9 minutes

Linux estimated print time: 2 hours 57 minutes

Is there any settings I should look at between default profiles to get this estimates closer together?  If we end up having to go with the linux version a 30% increase in print time is fairly significant.  Any advice or tips on getting the estimated print time down would be appreciated.

Are you sure that both printers use the exact same settings? Perhaps one uses the structural profile and the other uses the speed profile?
I just loaded the same project on the linux version 2.9.1 and on the windows version 2.9.1 and both versions showed me exactly the same print time estimate, not even one minute of difference between them: 1d0h16m

As far as I can tell they seem to be exactly the same settings.  But on my linux estimates are always about 30% slower.  Both windows and linux are fresh installs with default settings
