Object not flat on the build plate
I created an stl with the latest version of Fusion 360.
After importing in Prusaslicer I placed it on the build plate. The surface that is on the build plate is according to Fusion 360 perfectly flat with exception of 2 screw holes and the edge rounding.
However Prusaslicer Version 2.9.1 does not believe that it is perfectly flat. See uploaded .3mf file.
Am I overlooking something? Or is this a bug in the new version of Prusaslicer?

Not once have I seen an export error in my years of using fusion but of course that doesn't mean it's impossible. As requested before, the fusion f3d file would allow us to replicate the workflow and perhaps identify the culprit.
RE: Object not flat on the build plate
I just tried to slice a version of the object without rounded corners that slices perfect!
In the past Prusaslicer had no problems with slightly rounded corners. (It jus does not print as well as sharp corners.
RE: Object not flat on the build plate
Hmmmm, Now I changed the rounding in Fusion 360. (to a later point in the workflow, and slightly different, see the screw holes). Now it is sliced perfectly. (see the third, top, object.
This gives me a work around for the future, but is it a bug in Fusion360 or in Prusaslicer?
RE: Object not flat on the build plate
If you can upload the fusion f3d file (zip compressed or the forum software will not accept it) I'll be happy to take a look. I suspect the object is not perfectly flat in fusion.

RE: Object not flat on the build plate
You could also use the place to bed tool in PS and if the bottom is perfectly flat it will do so. However if some of the exported vertices aren't coplanar (such as around one of your holes) then you will have the problems you see. Even being off a tiny fraction of a degree will cause issues.
RE: Object not flat on the build plate
Thanks for the answers, but I disagree. Tell me why it is that when I take away only the edge rounding (see the picture of the build plate with the three models) and do not change anything else, Prusaslicer places the model correctly on the bed?
Of course I used the "place to bed" tool. I have to because the orientation in Fusion 360 is not corresponding to the print orientation.
Also when I do a curvature map in Fusion 360 it shows a straight surface. (see uploaded picture below)
I do not exclude the possibility that Fusion 360 makes a problem when I export the mesh.

RE: Object not flat on the build plate
Thanks to everyone for thinking with me. I made some more changes to the design, and now my second prototype slices perfectly.
Somehow I cannot repeat the problem. In short the problem solved itself.
