MK4S Fillament sensor doesn't recognise fillament is removed.
If I just change filaments, the sensor works fine. If it's during a print for a filament change, it's stuck on "remove filament" and won't let me do anything else. I've taken the extruder apart, cleaned and blew it out, still stuck. This just started happening after years of operation. Do I need a new sensor? Very frustrating.

If you are sure that it is broken, then you will have to buy a new sensor. If you don't want to buy one you could disable the filament sensor, but if you run out of filament mid print, it will not warn you to change it.
