Hotend thermistor oopsie whoopsie
Dear prusa hive mind; As you can see i made a poor unfortunate mistake by not fully securing the hotend after a nozzle change.
Q: Is there a way to fix this without getting a new part?
If not; Whats the part to get? I saw posts that changing that element is a pain in the ass, would it be better to just change the entire hotend?

It is beyond most hobbyists to repair broken wires on a thermistor or heater cartridge because they work at temperatures where solder melts... but it's straightforward to install a replacement, see:
