Heatbed Calibration failed - can I ignore it?
Ever since upgrading my MK3S to MK4, I've always failed the heatbed calibration (std steel plate). My heatbed heats just fine (maybe at the wrong rate?), and tech support verified everything is hooked up right and told me to just ignore it and keep on printing, which is fine. But how do I get rid of the nag warning before every print telling me I should complete all calibration tests? This is a quality of life issue...
RE: Heatbed Calibration failed - can I ignore it?
I have the same issue with the nozzle heater calibration. It fails, but prints fine. I don’t like the nag screen. I just upgraded the firmware to 6.1.4. I was hoping fw upgrade would resolve this issue, but it didn’t.
I don’t know if this has any thing to do with this or not, at one point while trying to diagnose print quality issues, I removed the silicone sock and immediately got thermal runaway errors. Since then I haven’t been able to get the nozzle heater to calibrate, with or without the sock and with or without filament loaded.

I also experienced a hot end (extruder) heater test failure after the upgrade from MK4/MMu3 to MK4S/MMUs.
I verified the temp (approx) with an infrared thermometer and after talk to tech support we determined that the printer is working perfectly and that there is some kind of software issue causing the heater test or fail sometimes and work other times, Inconsistently.
I haven't checked the git bug posts but 6.2 is in alpha testing and I might wait until 6.2 is out.
For now, ignore the ereror or re-run the test if it sometimes passes and sometimes fails.
RE: Heatbed Calibration failed - can I ignore it?
I ignored it for a few prints. I then took the hotend out of the machine and after taking a closer look at the temp sensor. I noticed that the wires looked off on the heater sensor. I pulled on the wires just slightly and the wires came out of the sensor! I checked my second hotend, and is was the same.
I ordered new temp sensors and they resolved the issue. But I only print with the sock now.
